Ray's Holsters Stands Behind Our Products, No Restocking Fee Will Occur if Error Is Found On Behalf Of Ray's Holsters.

*All Gun Purse and Bag returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of delivery. All other items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
* All items returned after 7 days will be subject to an extra 10% restocking fee.
* If the customer decides that they don't want the product for any reason, they can return it for a different item, or refund.
* We cannot accept returns on any special order or customized item.
* We cannot accept returns on any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Please do not send us any of these items, as we do not issue refunds for these non qualifying items and we have no way of returning these items to you.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that it may take longer for your credit card to reflect the credit on your statement.

If your return is NOT due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items.
You have to notify us within 3 business days of the damaged or incorrect item either by phone, fax or e-mail (see our contact page). Please also indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement sent to you. Please remember to include your order number and contact details.
